About me

Hi, I’m Stella. This is where I share what I’ve learned from 5 years of turning old furniture, fabric, and household scraps into something worth keeping instead of throwing away.

My Mission

Turning Everyday Waste Into Creative Treasures

I believe waste is not always the end of a story. Sometimes, it is the beginning of something more useful, more personal, and more beautiful.

Through Upcyclely, I want to inspire people to look at everyday items with fresh eyes. A jar, a box, an old chair, leftover fabric, or a forgotten piece of furniture can become something meaningful with a little imagination and care.

  • Simple ideas to reuse everyday items instead of throwing them away.
  • Creative projects that turn old things into useful home pieces.
  • Easy paint, craft, and repurpose tips for real homes and beginners.

About Stella

Author of Upcyclely.com & Creative Upcycling Guide

Every project on this site gets tested in my own space before it goes on the page. I’ve ruined more fabric and glued more things wrong than I’d like to admit, and those mistakes usually end up as the tips you’ll find in each guide.
I care most about projects that don’t need special tools or a big budget, since that’s how I started too. If something looks complicated here, I’ve probably already found the simpler way to do it.

What I Share

Upcycling Ideas for Everyday Life
By Stella Eve Louise

Upcyclely is not about perfect makeovers or expensive materials. It is about small, thoughtful changes that help you create more with what you already have.

Here, I share ideas for reusing jars, boxes, fabric, furniture, packaging, old decor, and everyday household items. Some projects are quick and simple. Some take more time. But every idea is shared with the same goal to help you waste less and enjoy the process of creating.

I want this website to feel friendly and easy to follow. You do not need to be an expert crafter to start. You only need curiosity, patience, and the willingness to ask one simple question: what else could this become?

  • “Old does not always mean useless. Sometimes it just needs a new idea, a little care, and a second chance.”
